In our first year as a global network, I am excited to share that BPN has won two Gold Media Lions for The First Ever Potable Water Billboard!

 

Cannes Lions is the world’s biggest annual awards show and festival for professionals in the advertising and related fields. In 2013, a record 35,765 entries from 92 countries were submitted to the Cannes Lions 60th International Festival of Creativity.

Our colleagues from BPN/Media Connection Peru were awarded for their amazing work for UTEC, an engineering and technology university in Lima, Peru. The campaign used engineering technology to create a billboard that produces drinkable water for the community from the air’s humidity.

 

BPN won two Media Lions, a Gold Lion for Best Use of Outdoor as well as for Commercial Public Services.

 

The wins are a tremendous accomplishment and we are so proud of our BPN/Media Connection Peru office and entire agency for their leadership and innovation on this journey.
